Natural Beauty Vs. Fake?

Does a modeling agency prefer a japanese girl who has natural black hair , and brown eyes . Or would they rather see a japanese girl with bleached blonde hair and blue contact lenses?

2. The natural one, of course. Modeling agencies want to see a diamond in the rough, no makeup as well. They'd rather see you naturally to be able to know how they can transform you. Models are like canvases.

4. Well in the western countries NATURAL FOR SURE but in Japan or other asian countries its all about the gyaru (aka fake)
5. Well, they want something that looks natural even if altered. Like if she were to dye her hair a shade or two lighter I don't think they would have a problem. They want natural and beautiful, not drastically fake and beautiful.
