Will these really work?

I want to buy hair scissors from Sally's Beauty salon and found two of course I don't want to pay so much so I found one that costs $25 http://www.sallybeauty.com/Logo-Bronze-Series-Shear-Collection/CRICKT7,default,pd.html?cgid=Hair12 and another which costs $45 http://www.sallybeauty.com/Logo-Japanese-Steel-Silver-Shear/CRICKT8,default,pd.html?cgid=Hair12. Would the expensive one be the one that works better? Or is it because of the model?

1. It really depends on the person using them. Kind of like having a good typewriter doesn't make you a good novelist! Or having a good camera doesn't make you a good photographer. Take two cars that are exactly the same and have them run an obstacle coures with different drivers. Who's gonna win? The better drver. Having expensive shears isn't going to magically make you a better haircutter.
