How do I ask an older WOMAN OUT?

I'm crazy about this girl but I think she's out of my league. First off, she's older than I am ( I'm 20 and she's 27 I think). Secondly, I think all the guys in the whole damn building (she lives in the same floor as me) is crushing on her! At first I was like 'these ppl are crazy, she ain't even that cute' but I realized that it's because she's so smart and humble that ppl just gravitate towards her. when I take the same elevator she remembers me and other ppl by their name and which floor they live and what they talked about last time they saw each other, small things like that but it makes ppl feel important and respected I guess. She does it to me too, like saying 'hi dave' and 'how did it go with that report last week?' and 'how's Daisy?' (my pet dog). I swear to god she not only knows all the people in the building but she also knows all the pets' names! So yeah after a while I start to look forward to meeting her or bumping into her and I get all happy when I do see her. I also noticed that she IS actually really really very pretty and doll-like. She's all shiny hair and soft skin and big eyes and soft hands (she touched me one time accidentally lol, I wish it was intentional but it wasn't) and she smells so nice. I think I'm in love with her and I don't know what to do. How do I tell her I like her when we haven't even talked that much? I'm pretty sure she's single because other guys in the building would spread the word around if she had a BF. Also she's very friendly but she has this you-can't-touch-me aura going on I dunno how to explain it but it's like she's so graceful and just soft-looking that you want to touch her but she might run away if I try to. Oh man I'm so into her I laugh at myself for being so dorky like this. Please help how do I let her know I'm interested? Btw, I'm white and I have no idea how to ask an Asian girl out (she's Philippina-Korean-Japanese). I don't think she was born in US coz her accent is English with a mix of some soft-spoken somehting else.. It's so sexy btw. I heard she was born and raised in Philippines but I've heard other Philippinos and her accent is entirely different. She sounds like Angelina Jolie sometimes. haha I know I sound stalker-ish but I feel like a grade schooler who has a crush on his teacher. Edit: I asked this question yesterday but today I bumped into her and gathered up the courage to take the first step to get closer to her and this is the convo that we had : Her: Oh, hi Dave. How are ya? Me: I'm good... Her: *smiles* silence Me: You're so beautiful. (blurted out, couldn't help it) Her: *laughs* Thank you, man I should have bumped into you this morning, you'd have made my day so much better. than it was 8laughs* Me: No seriously why don't you go into modeling or something ... Her: Haha *stares at me for a second* I love my job though Me: Oh yeah what do you do? Her: I'm an ER nurse Me: Oh (of course I know that she's a nurse already) isn't that a bit stressful of a job? Her: It is, but I was a doctor back home (in her country) so I'm used to it. Me: (surprised) Oh **** you're a doctor? Her: Well not now, I still have to go back to school here and get credited but yeah... *smiles* So I asked her how long she's been living here she said 6 years I told her she speaks awesome English and she told me I speak awesome English too lol. We talked about my school and when I'm graduating and what my plans are and basically just one good convo. We talked outside the elevator and I walked her to her door and SHE INVITED ME IN for dinner! I couldn't believe it but yeah I went in her apartment and she cooked food and I helped her out a bit. I was so happy but I got this feeling that she isn't into me like I was into her. I think she thinks of me as a little brother or something, she told me to bring home some of the food for my parents (they are staying at my apt. for a few weeks and they LOVE her) and told me to call her (she gave me her number) if I need food instead of ordering pizza... So I just went home and now I'm even more confused about what I should do. I feel like I just took a big step but I have no idea what the next one should be... I know it's a looooong question hahaha...
