Hamilton Beach Model 2312C hot/cold water dispenser, water is not cold. How can I fix this?

The cooler is working fine but the cold water is not working. It comes out room temperature. What do I do?

1. check the refridgerant just liek your car needs refridgerant to make it cold or could be a condenser call a service tech craigslist usually has descent ones for cheap alot are out of work right now and this is pretty easy issue is if it is a condenser or a leak it can get expensive like 600 or better good luck
2. Ask a plumber to look at it. Maybe the hoses are not connected properly, and make sure the inline water pressure is good and pre-filterd. Contact the manufacturers of this product and ask questions. If you continue to have problems with it, turn it in for an exchange if they allow you to do so. IF you want to you might find there is a better brand out there you might want to consider as a substitute.
