Most Female Japanese models in magazines and elsewhere, have eyelid surgery done?

I always look closely and they have double eyelids like foreigners, i know there are some asians that naturally have double eyelids..but its suspicious. especially after i've seen magazines( japanese) tht promote double eyelid surgery
