Whats a good model of japanese to english digital dictionary?

need for my japanese course next year a link would be appreciated if you have a suggestion.

1. I use Wordtank from Canon. It's really useful. You can find a word from Japanese to English or vice versa. It also has kanji search function and many more functions. Just try it out!
