How do you become a glamour model?
I am 22 years old and have natural 36E breasts and am a dress size 10/12 and need to boost my income and thought it would be a good idea to use my assets!! I obviously realise i aint going to become a famous name but would like to do a few shoots, how much do you get paid for this?? and do you think its realistic? xx

- i think first maybe you should ask a friend who maybe is a photographer or something and take lots of photos and put them into a port folio, then go to an agency. i think it could be realistic. don't think you're going to become jordan in the first few days but there might be hope. it's hard to say how much you could earn but if you hit it off really well maybe 80,00 a year? hope this helps and good luck xx
- why dont u become a fashion model instead, if thats what i think it is. and i have no idea what 36e means. but i m guessing that u need to be a little less than 10/12 to be a fashion model, right? aneways why dont u study and do something that is good for u as well as the society.
- You could look in the newspapers for any jobs available. The payment will vary - Maybe £50 an hour? Not sure. It is realistic to be a model but don't call it 'glamour modelling', it make you sound like you think way too highly of yourself. Good luck with everything you do =]
- try modeling plus-size (i'm not saying you're fat that's just the way the industry is) with Torrid or some other clothing lines
- Try having a friend take some photos of you, if they are not a professional photographer you should take the photos in natural light (outdoors.) Once you have something to start on, I'd recommend you join the website www.modelmayhem.com There you should be able to find photographers in your area or you may get requests to do a photoshoot. Just be VERY careful when it comes to giving money to anyone, some photographers can be a bit shifty. Make sure you read everything before you sign it!
- go out for America's Next Top Model!
- You will need to put together a portfolio to show to agencies. So contact a local photographer and they will do it for you. A lot of photographers will do time for prints, so instead of charging you for the pictures if you allow them to have a copy for their portfolio they will do that instead. Glamour modelling is not particularly very well paid and pay varies from shoot to shoot. Just so you know with glamour modelling its all about attitude confidence and how you are behind the camera. Size is obviously a factor but not as much as in fashion modelling. You dont need to be tall but you have to be in pretty good shape and have a good pair of legs on you. Id say most glamour models i work with are around an 8/10 and very toned! As for boob size they dont have to be huge they have to be a good shape. Also long hair and clear skin is pretty much a must. The odd blemish can be retouched but most agencies wont take on a model with bad skin.
- Start off by sending photos to model agencys.
- The majority of working glamour models are discovered through Page 3. There is a contact email address on the Page 3 website where you can email your photos for consideration. Once you appear there, you will then be contacted by various lads mags, agencies, etc.
