What do I need to do to look good and become hot? I just want to be a role model. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! ANYONE?

I'm a guy. I'm 16, 5 foot 6 in. tall, and 101 pounds. I want to become a hot role model. A good one not one thats mean. How do I get the attitude, looks, and anything else I might need to know. o how about some websites maybe???? just please help.
