- The Majority of Models are skeleton skinny and are usaully anrexic or balemic and are very abnormal looking. If you want to have a HEALTHY body. I suggest eating healthier and eat more at breakfast. and excirsize. i do reccommend the vegetarian diet!!!

- work out and dont drink or smoke. Eat really healthy
- the majority (I think 80-90%) of models smoke. even gisele bundchen smoked before she decided to quit but I'm not suggesting that you smoke
- Eat right, no junkfood like potato chips, candy, etc. Eat veggies, and fruits, dairy and meat, fish and other poultry, etc. Work out! Take a day a week to work out at your local gym. Thats they way to get muscular! Even sports and gymnastics help! I go to gymnastics daily, and I am full of muscle!
- ehh models have unique bodys honestly their tall and super thin so yah eat right. excersize. theirs always bulimia if ur lazy!
- to get a hot body you should try to go on a diet but make sure it is a healthy 1. going beleimic or anorexic could end up in the hospital. me i dance and i am on diet. dancing might be able to work because it helps me. i hate sitting there doing crunches and things like that. and i dont want to go out and have my mom or a relative buy me an expensive peice of equipment. dancing really gets your heart pumping and also burns lots of calories.so try it out and if it doesnt work try just going to the gym...and dont forget to eat healthy! oh and there isnt really a fast way because everyone is different sizes.
