Poll: Five worst things on telly?

Mine are: 1) Hollyoaks. A bunch of northern glamour models and male models fresh out of the local evening course in acting. They improvise the script whilst recording. Don't they? 2) Top Gear. They drive cars, then they talk about driving cars. Something that a lot of people do every day without making much of a song and dance about it. And they call each other by their last names and generally behave like the three coolest guys in high school, except they are all middle aged. 3) Coronation street / East Enders. I don't really know the difference, they're both about a bunch of not very good looking working class people going about their daily boring lives with some murder and adultery thrown in so that something actually happens. There are lots of pregnant pauses where people look meaningfully into space for no apparent reason other than making the show last the full half hour or however long. 4) Fiona Phillips 5) Eamonn Holmes

  10. 1. All american sitcoms such as Two and a Half Men and Friends. They're all exactly the same, use the same unfunny jokes and are over dramatic. 2. Pwbl yr Cwm. Let's face it hardly anyone speaks welsh nowadays. I'm welsh.. and I don't even speak it. 3. Shows about celebrities for example Exposed and Katie and Peter. Who the hell cares what they do with their lives? 4. Cooking programmes. Especially Something for the Weekend. They're just sooo fricking boring. 5. Any sort of sport apart from rugby. I just don't understand why anyone would watch it unless you have a particular psychological attachment to the people involved.. for example if you happened to support Man United. But just to watch sport for the sake of it.. euch.

History Documentaries (who cares - it's been and gone) Deal or no deal (it may be exciting for the people opening the cardboard boxes, but that is all it is - opening boxes) All the little chat show things where people sit around and pretend to be interested in really random/boring things!

It's all a load of garbage, however i think you've picked out there prime garbage, the sad thing is a lot of people actually believe that it is real! people call others by their last name at public schools, to avoid confusion, I:e Smith or Smith Junior, and this hallmarks them throughout their life.
