Japanese Beautiful Model

What do I do about this really annoying coworker?

Sorry it's a bit long. She's really fake and slutty. Everyday she comes to work wearing a low cut tight top, that's semi transparent and her black bra doesn't help and a skirt at least 2 sizes small (no kidding!) The boss even asked her to wear clothes more "work appropriate" and afterwards she bad-mouthed the boss bout her being jealous and "figureless". She is constantly talking about being a model back in the day all the glitz and the glamour something I wouldn't understand according to her and whenever I tell her to do some work (politely like "Oh I have soo much work to do I should be getting back to that I think we BOTH should") But she just keeps talking abut her latest boyfriend, in DETAIL she especially loves to describe what and how they did it last night and what new expensive gifts she has. She is one of those spoilt brats who don't do any work she is getting into massive trouble for that. What really annoys me is how she would come into the office completly drunk then. Apparently she did it with one of our coworkers while she had a BF and the next morning she was so "tired" that she had to go home and gave me all of her work to do. I didn't do it I went and told the boss and she said just leave it for her to do later. The next day when she came back and found that the work had not been done for her she took the next 2 weeks off so I was FORCED to do both our work. Then another time she took a week off because she wanted a breast job. She's really annoying me as well as the other coworkers but she won't get fired because she has a 2 year contract (just got here). Any advice on what to say to her but not in a mean or bad way? Thank you!

  1. can you be as the same as your co-worker to show her how annoying she really is maybe if she sees herself in you she will change. or maybe ask to be located elsewhere. what about an ipod?
  2. Keep your personal life personal. Don't chat with this person AT ALL. Conduct business only. Put your time in and do your work, if the boss gives you some of hers to do, then you must do it, but if something else doesn't get done, that isn't your fault. If the boss won't fix the problem, you sure can't, either. Taking time off for a boob job is a legitimate time off work. Some of the things you mention make you sound like the problem, and not her, so be careful in trying to get someone fired....it could end up being you.
  3. I don't think there is anything that you can do. She has a 2 year contract. I would just focus on my job and let her worry about herself. Be the professional. Focus on the business - no business - no job.
  4. I would think there would be something in her contract about certain behavior that is not acceptable. You need to talk to your boss again and have HR review that contract.
