1. it's not worth it unless you own the copyright of the images, plus if you think how many millions of free sights there are offering the same. Its like any website that you want to make money, you need to think what area of glamour model photos and movies hasn't really been done before a specialist area and do that

3. To make money you will need an origonal idea or one with novelty... ie there are many sites with people having sex... But say some japanese sites have videos with more fantasy say where there is a naked orchestra, or game show. Or say a site full of 70s porn videos. Or maybe one with star lookalikes. How about one aimed at women?
4. Setting up a website is pretty easy, nd looking at the topic, I am sure it will earn a lot of money :) Cheers!
